Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a digital report card system to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ administrative performance at SDN 1 Gunung Sakti Menggala. The research adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Fred Davis to examine the relationships among system implementation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and administrative performance effectiveness. A mixed-method approach was applied, combining qualitative description and quantitative analysis. Data were collected from 32 respondents consisting of classroom teachers, subject teachers, and school operators using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Regression analysis results indicate that digital report card implementation significantly affects perceived usefulness (β = 0.912; p < 0.05) and perceived ease of use (β = 0.618; p < 0.05). Furthermore, perceived ease of use has the strongest influence on administrative performance effectiveness (β = 0.805; p < 0.05). The model explains 94.9% of the variance in teachers’ administrative performance effectiveness. The findings indicate that system usability plays a crucial role in improving administrative efficiency in primary schools.
