Optimalisasi Media Sosial dan Digitalisasi Pembayaran pada UMKM Pecel Lele Menanga di Bandar Lampung melalui Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat
Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting the local economy; however, many MSMEs have not optimally utilized digital technology to improve business performance. MSME Pecel Lele Menanga in Bandar Lampung faces challenges in promoting its business through social media and implementing digital payment systems. This community service activity aims to optimize the use of social media as a promotional medium and implement digital payment systems to improve transaction efficiency. The methods used include observation, socialization, assistance in managing social media accounts, and the implementation of digital payment tools. The results show that the utilization of social media increases business visibility and customer engagement, while digital payment implementation simplifies transactions and improves service efficiency. This activity is expected to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of MSME Pecel Lele Menanga.
