Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at Izzah Collection, a micro-enterprise located in Bambu Kuning Trade Center, Bandar Lampung, focusing on inventory accumulation issues caused by the declining number of traditional market visitors. Through observation, interviews, training, and mentoring, the PKM team provided education on inventory management, including stock recording, the FIFO method, basic demand analysis, and identification of fast-moving and slow-moving products. The results indicate that the business has begun implementing a more organized recording system, reorganizing storage space, and making procurement decisions based on data. This program had a positive impact on operational efficiency and helped the UMKM reduce the risk of future inventory buildup.
