The Cangkir Jalanan Community, composed of beverage entrepreneurs, displays strong collaborative potential but struggles with data management and strategic development. This community engagement initiative, conducted in February 26^th, 2025, aims to enhance digital capacity through targeted training and mentorship in appropriate technologies. Using a participatory and contextual approach, the program was structured into three main sessions: applying technology for business data processing, data-driven community governance, and financial management for MSMEs. Results indicate increased participant awareness of digitalization benefits and the emergence of sustainable strategies based on SWOT analysis. The program concludes with strategic recommendations, including the development of a digital community system, local tech talent capacity building, and multistakeholder collaboration. With the advancement of digital technology, financial management can now be done practically through digital-based applications. This community service activity aims to introduce and provide training on the use of the Money Lover application to students of SMK Trisakti Jaya Bandar Lampung. This activity was held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, involving students majoring in accounting and hospitality. The methods used in this activity were socialization, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of this activity showed that students showed high enthusiasm and were able to understand and operate the Money Lover application well. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa/i SMK mengenai <em>corporate governance </em>khususnya dalam perusahaan. Peneliti memutuskan untuk memilih siswa/i akuntansi kelas X SMK Amal Bakti Bandar Lampung untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan membawakan materi dengan judul “Membangun Generasi Muda yang Siap Menjadi Pemimpin Berintegritas”. Pemateri membahas isi materi mulai dari definisi <em>corporate governance</em>, prinsip <em>corporate governance</em>, peran generasi z dalam <em>corporate governance</em>, tantangan generasi z dalam mengimplementasikan corporate governance, corporate governance penting bagi bisnis modern, etika dan integritas untuk meningkatkan corporate governance, tantangan perusahaan jika menerapkan corporate governance hingga peran dan relevansi terhadap generasi z. Pemateri juga memberikan beberapa pertanyaan kepada para siswa/i untuk melatih fokus dan ingatan terkait materi yang telah disampaikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan antusiasme para siswa/i dalam memahami materi yang diberikan, mulai dari sesi pemberian materi hingga sesi diskusi. Pada sesi diskusi dan tanya-jawab siswa/i aktif memberikan pertanyaan tentang apa yang mereka belum pahami dan para siswa/i tersebut mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh pemateri. Hal ini menunjukkan para siswa/i memiliki semangat belajar dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi.
