The financial health of publicly listed banks, as key players in the financial system, depends on their ability to manage strategic risks and implement sustainable planning. This study investigates the effect of Strategic Risk Management (SRM) on Financial Health, with Sustainable Strategic Planning (SSP) as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using secondary data from 33 publicly listed banks in Indonesia during 2020–2024. SRM was measured through strategic risk disclosure and the integration of risk into business strategies. SSP was proxied by sustainability roadmaps, ESG policies, and the implementation of green strategies. Financial Health was assessed using CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, and CIR ratios. The results indicate that SRM significantly improves SSP, SSP significantly enhances Financial Health, and SRM also directly affects Financial Health. Furthermore, SSP fully mediates the relationship between SRM and Financial Health. It also explores the mediating effect of perceived employability and digital self-efficacy in this relationship. Using a multi-item survey questionnaire, 210 remote workers from Hajj Umrah travel company in West Sumatra, Indonesia were assessed. To test the hypotheses, a quantitative approach incorporating structural equation modelling (SEM) was used using SmartPLS 4.0. To examine the mediating effects of perceived employability and digital self-efficacy on the association between perceived organizational support and career satisfaction, the bootstrapping technique was performed. We found positive and significant association between perceived organizational support and career satisfaction. Additionally, we found evidence of parallel mediation, where digital self-efficacy and perceived employability mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and career satisfaction. The results of the T-test on the compensation variable show a positive effect on performance, as seen from the t-value (5.403) > t table (2.042), significance (0.00) below or less than 0.05, while the work discipline variable has a positive effect on performance, as seen from the t count value (3.562) > t table (2.042) and significance (0.01) below or less than 0.05. Using a quantitative approach based on secondary data from annual financial reports and national macroeconomic indicators, multiple linear regression was employed to analyze both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on stock performance.</em></p> <p><em>The findings reveal different relationships between the two countries. In Indonesia, CAR and GDP significantly affect PBV, while ROA shows no effect. In contrast, in Malaysia, all three variables—CAR, ROA, and GDP—significantly influence PBV. These results reflect differences in banking efficiency, financial stability, and investor sensitivity to fundamental indicators and economic conditions.</em></p> <p><em>This research enhances the understanding of how micro-level financial strength and macro-level economic performance jointly shape market perceptions of banking stock value. The results indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use digital banking. Service awareness was found to be a significantly positive initial cognitive factor that enhances intention to use digital banking. Self-efficacy also showed a significant positive effect that suggesting that individuals who feel capable of operating digital banking applications are more likely to engage in digital transactions. Likewise, subjective norms were found to have a positive influence on behavior, confirming the role of social pressure and peer support in shaping users’ adoption behavior. These findings reinforce the TPB, TAM, and UTAUT frameworks, suggesting that cognitive, psychological, and social factors interact synergistically to explain the adoption of digital banking. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan digital banking. Kesadaran atas pelayanan terbukti signifikan menjadi faktor kognitif awal yang meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna terhadap manfaat dan kemudahan layanan. Kepercayaan diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan, menunjukkan bahwa individu yang merasa mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi lebih terdorong untuk bertransaksi secara digital. Sementara itu, norma subjektif juga berpengaruh positif yang menegaskan peran tekanan sosial dan dukungan lingkungan dalam membentuk niat perilaku. Temuan ini memperkuat model TPB, TAM, dan UTAUT bahwa faktor kognitif, psikologis, dan sosial bekerja secara saling menguatkan dalam menjelaskan adopsi layanan perbankan digital. One of the factors that influence performance is Work Culture and Work Team. This study discusses the influence of work culture and work team on employee performance at PT PLN (PEESERO) Muara Enim Customer Service Unit. This study is an associative study that seeks to find the relationship between one variable and another variable. The population in this study was all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Muara Enim Customer Service Unit, totaling 111. The sample used was a saturated sample using the entire population. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between work culture and teamwork on employee performance. The regression coefficient value f count (163.491) > f table (3.20). Thus, the null hypothesis Ho, which states that work culture and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Muara Enim Customer Service Unit, can be accepted. Integritas auditor menjadi faktor paling dominan (β=0,425), diikuti pengetahuan (β=0,394) dan kemampuan deteksi (β=0,312). Temuan mengkonfirmasi bahwa aspek moral dan kompetensi teknis auditor berperan krusial dalam mendeteksi dan mengungkap potensi fraud dana desa. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 67 Miniso customer respondents through questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS software, with the regression equation model formulated as Y = 18.331 + 0.054X1 + 0.271X2 + e. The findings reveal that service quality does not have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Instead, price emerges as the dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction. It is recommended that Miniso maintains its competitive edge in terms of affordable prices, attractive product designs, and a wide range of products. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis tren (time-series) terhadap data keuangan periode 2017–2024. Analisis dilakukan dengan mendekomposisi Return on Equity (ROE) menjadi tiga komponen utama, yaitu Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), dan Equity Multiplier (EM), serta mengaitkannya dengan indikator strategik non-keuangan seperti market share, cost per unit (CPU), dan capacity utilization. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPM rata-rata sebesar 12% mencerminkan profitabilitas yang stabil, namun TATO rata-rata 0,49 kali dan ROA 6% menandakan efisiensi aset yang belum optimal. EM sebesar 1,8 kali menunjukkan kebijakan pendanaan yang konservatif. Kombinasi ini menghasilkan ROE rata-rata 10%, masih di bawah benchmark industri sebesar 40%. Secara strategis, hasil analisis DuPont mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan efisiensi aset, optimalisasi biaya produksi, dan pemanfaatan kapasitas operasi merupakan prioritas utama dalam memperkuat daya saing jangka panjang.
