Optimalisasi Sistem Pakar Diagnosis Penyakit Kulit Sapi Lokal dengan Pendekatan Certainty Factor
Abstract
One of the most common health problems in local cattle is skin disease, which can reduce the economic value and productivity of livestock. This condition requires early detection so that farmers can handle it properly. This study aims to build and design a web-based expert system that can help diagnose skin diseases in local cattle quickly, effectively, and accurately. The Certainty Factor (CF) method is used to determine the level of confidence in the diagnosis results made by the system based on user symptoms. The Extreme Programming (XP) approach is used in the development of the web-based system. This approach consists of communication phases, rapid planning, model design, development, delivery, and evaluation through feedback. The results of the study show that the developed expert system is able to diagnose Scabies (P001) with the highest Certainty Factor value of 0.731, which indicates a diagnostic certainty level of 73.1%. In addition, unit tests show agreement between the system's diagnosis and the expert analysis results, and black box tests with 35 scenarios show a 100% application success rate.
