Integrasi Literasi Keuangan Digital dan Asesmen Kepribadian untuk Meningkatkan Kesiapan Pembiayaan UMKM

Transformasi digital pada sektor keuangan telah memperluas akses pembiayaan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), namun belum diimbangi dengan kemampuan literasi keuangan digital dan pemahaman karakteristik perilaku finansial yang memadai. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan risiko pengambilan keputusan pembiayaan yang kurang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesiapan pembiayaan UMKM melalui integrasi literasi keuangan digital dan asesmen kepribadian. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan literasi keuangan digital, asesmen kepribadian, praktik penggunaan aplikasi keuangan digital, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan melibatkan 33 pelaku UMKM dari sektor kuliner, fesyen, dan kerajinan rumah tangga. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta pada seluruh indikator, meliputi literasi keuangan digital, pengelolaan arus kas, keamanan transaksi digital, pemanfaatan aplikasi keuangan, dan pemahaman pembiayaan berbasis financial technology. Integrasi asesmen kepribadian memberikan nilai tambah melalui peningkatan kesadaran peserta terhadap karakteristik perilaku finansial yang memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembiayaan. Program ini menghasilkan model pemberdayaan yang mengintegrasikan literasi keuangan digital, asesmen kepribadian, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat kesiapan pembiayaan serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha UMKM di era ekonomi digital.
