STRATEGI PENERAPAN PEKERJAAN BORE PILE PADA BANGUNAN BERTINGKAT

Abstract

This research aims to explore various strategies for the application of bore piles in multi-storey buildings, focusing on implementation techniques, evaluation of method effectiveness, and innovations to enhance efficiency and quality of work. This study employs a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach, aiming to analyze bore pile application strategies in multi-storey building construction based on case studies, field data, as well as technical and economic evaluations. The effectiveness of the bore pile method highly depends on planning, selection of drilling methods suitable for soil conditions, and coordination among technical teams. With proper implementation, bore piles can be a reliable foundation solution for multi-storey constructions and emerge as a versatile foundation for multi-storey buildings capable of bearing combinations of vertical, lateral loads, and moments without causing significant vibrations.
