JOURNAL OVERVIEW
The Journal of Infrastructural in Civil Engineering (JICE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia and managed by the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science. JICE provides a forum for research and scholarly exchange in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and related disciplines.
JICE aims to advance and disseminate scientific knowledge, research findings, and technological innovations that address contemporary challenges in civil engineering and the built environment. The journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to exchange ideas and contribute to sustainable, resilient, and effective infrastructure.
JICE welcomes theoretically informed, empirically grounded, and practice-oriented studies that make a clear contribution to infrastructure planning, design, construction, management, and performance. Through these contributions, the journal seeks to strengthen the connection between scholarly research and engineering practice.
JICE welcomes submissions in the following areas, including interdisciplinary work relevant to civil engineering and infrastructure:

Soil mechanics, foundation engineering, ground improvement, and geotechnical infrastructure.

Environmental management, sustainable engineering practices, and environmental protection and infrastructure.

Transportation systems, pavement and traffic engineering, and bridge design, assessment, and performance.
07 / RESEARCH AREA

JICE considers original research articles, case study articles, and literature review articles that fall within its focus and scope. Submissions should demonstrate scholarly relevance, methodological rigor, and a clearly defined contribution to the field.
JICE serves researchers, academics, civil engineers, infrastructure professionals, policymakers, and students seeking evidence-based knowledge and technological developments in civil engineering, infrastructure, and related fields.
