The editorial team responsible for managing the scholarly, ethical, peer-review, and publication processes of JTST.

The Editorial Team of Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Tertanam (JTST) consists of academics and researchers with expertise in computer engineering, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, information systems, data science, sensor networks, the Internet of Things, and related disciplines.

Editorial decisions are made independently based on scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and conformity with the journal's focus and scope.

Editorial Responsibilities

Editorial Role Primary Responsibilities
Editor-in-Chief Provides editorial leadership, ensures compliance with journal policies and publication ethics, and is responsible for final editorial decisions.
Managing Editor Coordinates manuscript administration, editorial communication, peer-review workflows, production preparation, and publication schedules.
Section Editors Conduct initial manuscript assessments, recommend suitable reviewers, monitor peer review, evaluate revisions, and provide editorial recommendations.

Editorial Independence and Conflicts of Interest

Editorial decisions are made independently from commercial, financial, institutional, political, or personal influence. An author's ability to pay publication fees does not affect manuscript evaluation or editorial decisions.

Editors must disclose potential conflicts of interest and must not participate in decisions concerning manuscripts in which they have personal, professional, institutional, supervisory, collaborative, or financial interests.

Manuscripts Submitted by Editors

Manuscripts authored or co-authored by a member of the JTST Editorial Team are handled by another independent editor. The editor who is an author is excluded from reviewer selection, editorial discussion, manuscript assessment, and the final publication decision.
