Author Fees & Article Processing Charges

The Journal of Infrastructural in Civil Engineering (JICE) does not charge a manuscript submission fee. An article processing charge (APC) applies to accepted articles beginning with Volume 7, Issue 2 (July 2026), subject to the journal's fee-waiver policy.

When Does the APC Apply?

The APC policy applies to articles accepted for publication from Volume 7, Issue 2 (July 2026) onward. The charge contributes to publication-related costs and is requested only after a manuscript has been formally accepted. No payment is required at the initial submission stage.

Payment Instructions

After receiving formal acceptance, authors should contact the JICE editorial office to obtain official payment instructions, including the authorized recipient, payment method or bank account, payment deadline, and procedure for confirming payment.

Please do not make a transfer until the payment details have been confirmed by the editorial office.

APC Waiver Requests

Authors who are unable to afford the publication fee may request a waiver by contacting the editorial office and explaining their circumstances. Requests are considered individually, and any waiver must be confirmed by the editorial office. JICE aims to ensure that financial constraints do not unnecessarily prevent the publication of scholarly work that meets the journal's editorial standards.
